Open House will address community concerns on labour, consular, and welfare issues, offering both in-person and virtual participation

Dubai: The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi has announced that it will hold an Open House on Friday, August 21, giving Indian expats in the UAE a chance to meet embassy officials and raise any concerns they may have or seek guidance on labour, consular, education and welfare issues.

In an announcement on its website as well as its social media channels, the embassy said that the Open House will take place from 2 to 4pm, allowing members of the Indian community to meet with embassy officials and raise concerns or seek advice on labour, consular, educational or welfare issues.

The notice clearly stated that no consular services, like passport renewals, document issuance and attestation services, would be provided at the Open House.

If you are unable to attend in person, you can also participate in the open house virtually. To join online, residents must email a brief summary of their query or concern to ca.abudhabi@mea.gov.in by 3pm on Wednesday, August 19.
