IFS and Microsoft will demonstrate how Industrial AI can improve asset performance, field service productivity, supply chains and operational decision-making

IFS will showcase how organisations can move Industrial AI from experimentation into real-world operational execution during LEAP 2026, taking place from 31 August to 3 September in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Participating alongside Microsoft, IFS will demonstrate how the companies’ combined technologies can help customers accelerate transformation through a secure and scalable technology foundation.

IFS will highlight how Industrial AI can understand the context of complex operations, support better decision-making and act across workflows. These capabilities can help organisations improve productivity, resilience, asset performance and service delivery.

The company’s presence at LEAP will centre on its AI-powered enterprise software portfolio, led by IFS.ai and IFS Cloud. Other focus areas will include IFS Loops and Industrial Agentic AI, Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), Nexus Black, the company’s Industrial AI co-innovation programme, and IFS Zero, its agentic emissions operating system.

IFS will also present capabilities spanning enterprise resource planning, enterprise asset management, field service management and supply chain operations.

“At LEAP 2026, IFS will exhibit how Industrial AI can address real operational challenges, from improving asset performance and field service productivity to optimising planning, supply chains and complex project execution,” said Rahul Misra, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, MEA, IFS.

“Our participation with Microsoft further strengthens this proposition by demonstrating how the combination of IFS and Microsoft technologies can help organisations modernise operations, harness Industrial AI and accelerate measurable business outcomes. It is the perfect opportunity to engage with stakeholders that are shaping the next phase of Saudi Arabia’s digital and industrial transformation.”

Microsoft serves as a strategic technology partner to IFS, supporting the IFS Cloud platform with secure, scalable and industry-ready cloud services. The companies combine IFS’s industry expertise with Microsoft Azure, data and AI capabilities to help regional customers advance digital transformation.

IFS said its participation is particularly relevant to Saudi Arabia, where major industrial, infrastructure, energy and transformation programmes are increasing demand for technologies that deliver measurable operational improvements.

The company focuses on asset-intensive industries in which complex operations, critical assets, field work and service delivery are central to business performance.

Visitors to the Microsoft Arabia Hub will be able to experience live demonstrations showing how IFS Industrial AI can progress from insight to decision and execution across operational scenarios. Featured solutions will include Nexus Black Resolve, IFS Asset Lifecycle Management and IFS Field Service Management.

IFS representatives will also participate in sessions at the Microsoft Theatre within the Microsoft Arabia Hub:

    • Suliman Gaouda, Regional Vice President, Industrial AI, IFS APJMEA, will present “The AI That Runs the Physical Economy” on 1 September.
    • Hasan Sakr, Senior Presales Consultant, IFS, will present “Asset Lifecycle Management for Enhanced Operational Efficiency” on 2 September.

Senior IFS executives will be available to meet business and technology leaders, customers, partners and other organisations at the Microsoft Arabia Hub in Hall 1, Booth E30.
