Dubai Police honours Saudi citizen Abdulrazzaq Al Ruwaili for saving a man from drowning in Dubai Creek, highlighting community partnership, safety and humanitarian values
Dubai: Dubai Police has honoured Saudi citizen Abdulrazzaq bin Zaal bin Jabr Al Ruwaili for his courage and quick action in saving a man from drowning in Dubai Creek.
Brigadier Dr Hassan Suhail Al Suwaidi, Director of Ports Police Station, presented Al Ruwaili with a certificate of thanks and appreciation in recognition of his bravery, humanitarian response and decisive action during the incident.
Life-saving act
Brigadier Dr Al Suwaidi said Al Ruwaili’s intervention exemplified humanitarian values, community responsibility and the willingness to step forward to protect the lives of others.
He said such actions reflect the awareness of community members and demonstrate their important role as partners in strengthening safety, security and quality of life.
He also encouraged members of the public to embrace the values of cooperation and helping others, and not to hesitate to assist people in need.
