Visitors will be introduced to digital safety services, tourist support solutions and awareness initiatives during the travel industry’s flagship event.

Dubai: Dubai Police, represented by the Tourist Police Department at the General Department of Criminal Investigation, will participate in Arabian Travel Market 2026 with a dedicated platform showcasing a range of security and smart services for residents and visitors.

The exhibition opens on Monday at the Dubai World Trade Centre and will bring together organisations, institutions and companies from the global tourism and travel sector.

Dubai Police said its participation reflects a commitment to maintaining an active presence at major exhibitions and specialised events, while introducing visitors to the services and initiatives designed to support a safe and positive tourism experience in Dubai.

Strengthening engagement with the tourism sector

Brigadier Saeed Al Hajri, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, said Dubai Police’s annual participation in Arabian Travel Market underscores the importance of maintaining engagement with major local, regional and international events.

He noted that the exhibition provides an opportunity to communicate directly with visitors and stakeholders while strengthening partnerships with organisations operating across strategic sectors, particularly tourism and travel.

    Beyond a traditional exhibition presence

Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Abdulrahman, Director of the Tourist Police Department, said Dubai Police aims to use the exhibition as a platform for communication, awareness and engagement.

“Our participation provides a platform to communicate, raise awareness and introduce visitors to our security and smart services and initiatives, while listening to customers and understanding their needs and expectations,” he said.

He added that the event offers an opportunity to highlight Dubai Police’s efforts, carried out in cooperation with partners, to enhance tourist safety and deliver proactive smart services that support visitors throughout their stay in Dubai.

    Smart services on display

Visitors to the Dubai Police stand will be able to explore a range of smart services related to tourist safety and security, including:

    Dubai Police App

    Circulars and Travel Bans Service

    Police Eye

    Tourist Support Service

    Smart Lost and Found System

The platform will also highlight offers available through the Esaad Card Centre.

In addition, visitors can attend awareness sessions covering cybercrime prevention, tourist safety and protection against online fraud, alongside information about other Dubai Police services.
