EssentaTor Inc. showcased the EssentaTor Arab Capital Strategic Liquidity Fund (the “EAC Fund”) at Money20/20 Middle East, held from September 14 to 16, presenting its vision for next-generation financial infrastructure serving Arab and global capital.

At the event, EssentaTor highlighted four core areas of the EAC Fund: institutional capital custody and liquidity, joint stablecoin reserves and issuance, AI-powered individual accounts, and collaborative investment in financial, technological, and industrial development.

EssentaTor is a macro-level financial infrastructure provider integrating strategic and policy frameworks, technology deployment, and institutional requirements. Through the EAC Fund, it seeks to work with central banks, commercial banks, sovereign wealth funds, and other financial institutions across the Middle East and global markets.

With Arab capital playing an increasingly important role in global asset allocation, EssentaTor aims to bring together resources across finance, technology, industry, and capital deployment. EssentaTor intends to serve as the Fund’s Core Value Strategy Sponsor and General Partner.

    Institutional Capital Custody and Liquidity

Through financial centers including Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, and New York, the EAC Fund aims to develop institutional-grade infrastructure connecting Arab central banks and financial institutions with global markets. The framework is designed to improve capital-flow efficiency, liquidity, and international financial services for institutional capital.

    Joint Stablecoin Reserves and Issuance

The EAC Fund plans infrastructure supporting joint stablecoin reserves and issuance alongside institutional custody and liquidity services. The framework is designed to connect fiat banking, digital assets, and public blockchain networks, supporting institutional requirements for settlement, fund management, liquidity, and future compliant digital payment applications.

Institutional clients would also be able to execute USDC minting and redemption through custody accounts without opening separate Circle accounts.

    AI-Powered Individual Accounts

Designed for mobile social networks, commercial banks, and payment institutions, the EAC AI-Powered Individual Account Infrastructure would extend institutional financial infrastructure into end-user applications.

Working with relevant central banks and institutions, the Fund aims to support infrastructure for identity verification, AML, CFT, and financial inclusion, while enabling innovative services across traditional and stablecoin finance.

    Collaborative Investment and Growth

Drawing on development experience from China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, the EAC Fund intends to support industrial chains, industrial ecosystems, and brand development tailored to the Arab region.

The framework seeks to advance “Made in Arabia” and “Arab Brand” initiatives, combining investment returns with long-term technological, industrial, and economic development.

Through these four areas, the EAC Fund seeks to support Arab capital in expanding its role from global capital allocation toward a broader force for financial innovation, technological advancement, industrial development, and sustainable economic growth.
