His Excellency Dr Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to His Highness the President of the UAE, said the message of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is a wise message delivered at a very important time and one that deserves careful reflection and adherence to its principles.
In a post on X, Gargash said: “The message of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to the people of the Arabian Gulf is among the most beautiful and sincere things written about our region. It reflects pride in our shared history and belief in our common destiny and promising future.”
“Perhaps the most important aspect of the message is its warning against narrow agendas and ill intentions that seek to divide the people of the Gulf. It also emphasises that our strength lies in our closeness, cooperation and the wise management of our differences. It is a wise message at a very important time, one that deserves careful reflection and commitment to its principles. May God protect the Gulf and preserve its glory, honour and prosperity,” he added.
