On March 23, UAE residents can expect partly cloudy to cloudy weather, according to a forecast by the country’s National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Convective clouds will form, which means there is a chance of rainfall over scattered areas. This will be accompanied by a drop in temperatures, NCM predicted.

Temperatures will range between 22ºC and 28ºC in Abu Dhabi, while it will range between 24ºC and 27ºC in Dubai.

Light to moderate winds will blow, in a southeasterly to northeasterly direction. The winds will be fresh to strong at times, with a speed of 15 to 25kmph, reaching 45 kmph, causing dust and sand to blow. This will lead to a drop in horizontal visibility.

The sea will be slight to moderate, becoming rough at times with clouds in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.
