Dubai’s office market recorded Dh15.8 billion worth of sales in the first half of 2026, a year-on-year jump of almost 200 per cent and double the total sales value of the second half of 2025, according to property consultancy Cavendish Maxwell.Transactions between January and June climbed more than 38 per cent year-on-year to 2,600, with off-plan deals accounting for 65 per cent.
