Eng. Amjad Arab, Chief Carriers & Wholesales Office, Salam. The telecommunications wholesale market has undergone a paradigm shift that few industry observers saw coming. As many artificial intelligence systems developed for defence tend not to leave the lab or exhibitions, there exists a gap between a working prototype and a system that performs under sustained pressure.
