FUJAIRAH, 27th March, 2026 (WAM) — Traffic is flowing smoothly across all internal and external roads in the emirate of Fujairah with no closures reported, the Fujairah Media Office said on Friday. Authorities said response teams are operating around the clock, supported by specialised equipment to clear water accumulation and minimise any impact on traffic. The General Command of Fujairah Police said that all entry and exit points to the emirate have remained open since the early morning hours. Some bus services from Dubai to Sharjah are set to resume today, after they were suspended due to heavy rain in the UAE. Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority has informed that bus service E315 between Etisalat Bus Station and Muwailih (Sharjah) will resume today starting from 11am. Data released by the China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI) showed that the market size reached 1.44 trillion yuan (US$208 billion) in 2025, noting that exports of medical equipment totalled $45.8 billion in 2025, an increase of 62.4 percent compared to 2019. WASHINGTON, 7th March, 2026 (WAM) — The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has definitively ruled out any possibility that asteroid 2024 YR4 could collide with the Moon in 2032, according to new observations from the James Webb Space Telescope. Earlier orbital calculations had indicated a small 4.3 percent chance that the asteroid could strike the Moon. ABU DHABI, 27th March, 2026 (WAM) — The UAE air defence systems on 27th March 2026 engaged six ballistic missiles and nine UAVs launched from Iran. Since the start of the blatant Iranian attacks, UAE air defences have engaged 378 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles and 1,835 UAVs.
