(L-R) Mohamed Talaat, Vice President, Saudi, Egypt, North Africa & Levant (SENAL), Dell Technologies & Rabee El Mohammadi, Vice President, Sales and Partnerships, MEA at Armada.

Dell Technologies and Armada have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to join forces in delivering containerised Mobile and Edge Data Centre solutions across Saudi Arabia.

The MoU was signed during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh between Mohamed Talaat, Vice President, Saudi, Egypt, North Africa & Levant (SENAL), Dell Technologies and Rabee El Mohammadi, Vice President, Sales and Partnerships, MEA at Armada. The MoU establishes a strategic framework to address high-demand projects that require fast, flexible access to localised compute and storage capabilities.

Under the MoU, Dell’s enterprise hardware and modern infrastructure stack, is envisaged to be integrated with Armada’s specialised mobile, containerised data centre solutions, enabling high-performance infrastructure for customers across the Kingdom.

The joint initiative will focus on key sectors including energy, telecommunications, manufacturing and public infrastructure by expanding reach to enterprise customers through Dell’s authorised regional channel partner network. By bringing compute and storage closer to where data is generated, the collaboration is intended to support real-time Edge AI applications, strengthen data sovereignty and help maintain operational continuity in remote and resource constrained environments.

Mohamed Talaat, Vice President, Saudi, Egypt, North Africa & Levant (SENAL), Dell Technologies, said: “Our collaboration with Armada represents a pivotal step in expanding resilient, mobile edge infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. By pairing Dell’s high-performance hardware stack with Armada’s containerised data centre design, we are empowering enterprises to deploy Edge AI with speed, scale and reliability in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030”.

Rabee El Mohammadi, Vice President, Sales and Partnerships, MEA at Armada, said: “This strategic MoU with Dell Technologies significantly strengthens Armada’s ability to deliver mission-critical AI and edge infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. Combining our edge platform with Dell’s world-class technology allows us to solve our customers’ most demanding operational challenges. Together, we seek to deliver actionable compute directly to field operations, remote assets and critical enterprise environments in the Kingdom”.
