Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam), a leading provider of telecommunications services and digital infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, successfully concluded its participation at LEAP 2026 as a strategic sponsor.

During the exhibition, Salam signed 29 strategic partnerships, bringing to life its defining theme, “Powering What’s Next,” and strengthening its support for Saudi Arabia’s digital future. Against the backdrop of the Year of AI, Salam’s presence at LEAP 2026 moved beyond showcasing technology to demonstrate the company’s evolution into a digital transformation partner for businesses, governments, and communities across the Kingdom.

At the heart of Salam’s participation was its Connectivity+ strategy, a unified approach that integrates connectivity, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled services into a single, cohesive offering. This strategic framework reflects a fundamental shift in Salam’s transition from a product-focused telecommunications provider to an integrated solutions partner capable of delivering purpose-driven, technology-powered outcomes on scale.

“LEAP 2026 was a declaration of direction,” said Ahmed Al-Anqari, Chief Executive Officer of Salam. “A telco’s job in the AI era is to make AI easy to use, keep it inside the Kingdom, and bring it close to every Saudi business, from the giga-project to the family shop. Through every partnership we signed, every technology we showcased, and every conversation we had on the floor, we demonstrated that Salam is building the digital backbone that will underpin the Kingdom’s future industries and long-term economic growth. Our Connectivity+ strategy brings together the infrastructure, intelligence, and human expertise needed to deliver on Vision 2030, and the momentum we built at LEAP 2026 will carry us forward as we continue powering what’s next for our clients, partners, and communities”.

Salam’s exhibit brought this vision to life through an immersive portfolio of live demonstrations spanning key sectors fuelling the digital economy. The live demonstrations covered manufacturing, Industry 4.0, AI-powered healthcare solutions, and integrated capabilities across mobility, logistics, enterprise infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

The showcases were built on a series of strategic partnerships that Salam formalised at LEAP 2026, expanding the value it delivers across key sectors. In total, the company signed 29 partnerships with leading local, regional and global organisations, spanning telecommunications and digital infrastructure, cloud and data solutions, cybersecurity, enterprise technology, localisation, financial services and mobility.

Taken together, Salam’s participation at LEAP 2026 represented its journey to be a digital transformation partner in one of the world’s most dynamic technology markets. As Saudi Arabia accelerates toward its Vision 2030 goals, Salam aims to support its goals through infrastructure, partnerships, talent, and strategy.
