(L-R) Amjad Fathi Al Omar, CEO of IDC & Clive Jordan, CEO of Plannerly.

Plannerly, the global BIM and ISO 19650-aligned information management platform trusted by over 100,000 teams worldwide, recently announced the launch of Plannerly Saudi Arabia through a strategic partnership with Integrated Dimensions Company, powered by Udayd Al Qimmah company, a leading Saudi-based BIM Company.

The launch of Plannerly Saudi Arabia marks a significant step in directly supporting the Kingdom’s growing demand for structured, auditable, and internationally aligned information management practices – particularly those aligned with the ISO 19650 standard – across major infrastructure, real estate, and built environment programs.

This collaboration brings together Plannerly’s globally proven platform for BIM execution planning, information requirement management, automated verification, and structured documentation with IDC’s deep local expertise, professional network, and leadership in advisory, governance, and digital transformation services throughout Saudi Arabia.

Plannerly provides a single, cloud-based environment for planning, creating, and verifying information in line with ISO 19650 – reducing administrative burden, improving clarity, and enabling consistent, transparent collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams.

Under the Plannerly Saudi Arabia brand, IDC will act as Plannerly’s representative in the Kingdom, delivering not only access to the platform but also localised implementation support, education, audit readiness services, and long-term capability development for both public and private sector organisations.

“The launch of Plannerly Saudi Arabia is about more than software – it’s about enabling confident, structured adoption of ISO 19650 across the Kingdom”, said Clive Jordan, CEO of Plannerly. “Saudi Arabia is delivering some of the most ambitious projects in the world. By combining Plannerly’s global experience with IDC’s local leadership, we’re helping organisations plan, manage, and verify information in a way that is scalable, auditable, and aligned with international best practice”.

“Partnering with Plannerly allows us to bring a globally proven information management platform directly into the Saudi market”, said Amjad Fathi Al Omar, CEO of IDC. “Through Plannerly Saudi Arabia, we can support organisations not only in meeting ISO 19650 requirements, but in fundamentally improving how information is planned, delivered, and governed across projects. This partnership enables Saudi teams to lead with confidence and global alignment”.

Plannerly Saudi Arabia will work closely with organisations to assess information management maturity, implement ISO 19650-aligned processes, provide targeted training, and support readiness for certification and audit – helping the Kingdom’s built environment sector adopt international standards in a practical, sustainable way.

This launch reflects a shared mission between Plannerly and IDC: to elevate information management practice, reduce waste and risk, and support structured, compliant, and efficient delivery across the full built asset lifecycle.
