UAE gold and silver prices stabilise Tuesday: 24K gold at AED 533.50 per gram, 22K AED 494, 21K AED 473.75, 18K AED 406; silver at AED 7.90 per gram and AED 245.67 per ounce
Gold and silver prices in the UAE stabilised during trade on Tuesday amid limited price movements at the beginning of September. Gold remained near its lowest levels in about two weeks, while silver remained below the level of 8 dirhams per gram.
The price of a gram of 24 carat gold was 533.50 dirhams, a slight increase of 50 fils compared to Monday’s trading, while the price of 22 carat reached about 494 dirhams, the 21 carat about 473.75 dirhams, and the 18 carat about 406 dirhams. The price of a gram of silver was recorded at 7.90 dirhams, while it reached about 245.67 dirhams for an ounce.
