Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam), a leading provider of telecommunications services and digital infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, and UnifyApps, a global provider of Agentic Automation technology, recently announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enabling government entities and enterprise customers across Saudi Arabia to adopt AI and become AI-native organisations.

The partnership was announced at LEAP 2026, where Salam is participating as a strategic sponsor under the theme, “Powering what’s next.”

The collaboration combines Salam’s position as a local enabler with UnifyApps’ specialised Agentic Automation platform technology, creating a powerful offering that addresses the unique needs of Saudi government and enterprise customers seeking to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs through intelligent automation.

Abdullah Khorami, Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Salam said: “Our partnership with UnifyApps is aligned with our commitment to powering what’s next for Saudi Arabia’s digital future and enable government and enterprise organisations to embrace AI-driven transformation with confidence. It supports our evolution as a strategic digital transformation partner, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that create real value for our customers, drive meaningful business outcomes and support the Kingdom’s ambitious technology agenda”.

Customers engaging with this partnership will benefit from a streamlined AI adoption journey, with Salam serving as a single point of contact for sales, support, and delivery while navigating Saudi Arabia’s specific regulatory, infrastructure, and operational requirements. The collaboration is designed to reduce adoption risk by pairing global platform innovation with local accountability and expertise.

Amr Abou Reslan, Regional Director at UnifyApps said: “We are excited to partner with Salam to bring our Agentic Automation platform to Saudi Arabia’s government and enterprise sectors. Salam’s technical capabilities make them the ideal partner to help organisations across the Kingdom harness the power of AI agents to automate complex workflows and drive operational efficiency. Together, we are committed to accelerating AI adoption and supporting Saudi Arabia’s position as a leader in digital innovation”.

The MoU signing supports the Kingdom’s broader vision for digital transformation and AI adoption, providing organisations with a trusted local pathway to implement world-class automation technologies.
