Dubai: Parkin, Dubai’s largest provider of public parking facilities and services, has announced the renewal of its parking management framework agreement with DMCC for an additional 10 years.

This agreement aims to deliver seamless, technology-driven parking services across Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). Under the agreement, Parkin will assume exclusive responsibility for managing and operating approximately 2,800 paid parking spaces in JLT, including 250 dedicated motorcycle parking spaces, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two parties.

Through its integrated operational platform, Parkin will oversee the day-to-day operations of the parking facilities, including payment of parking fees via its various digital and physical payment channels. This partnership aims to enhance the parking experience for JLT residents, businesses, and visitors by providing smoother, more convenient, and more efficient services, thereby improving mobility and parking management throughout the community.

Commenting on the agreement, Parkin CEO Eng. Mohammed Abdullah Al Ali said: “We are delighted to continue this long-standing strategic partnership with DMCC, which reflects their continued confidence in Parkin’s operational expertise, service excellence, and proven efficiency in managing parking. Jumeirah Lakes Towers is one of Dubai’s most vibrant and mixed-use destinations and a key part of our portfolio. We look forward to building on our achievements together to enhance the parking experience for residents, the business community, and visitors alike. This renewed agreement reinforces our position as a trusted parking operator and embodies our ongoing commitment to providing smarter, more efficient, and sustainable parking management solutions across Dubai.”

Paul Ashton, CEO of Real Estate at DMCC, said: “Extending our partnership with Parkin is another significant step towards enhancing the daily experience of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) community. By investing in technology-driven parking solutions, we aim to make parking a smoother, more convenient, and more efficient experience for residents, businesses, and visitors alike. This agreement also provides opportunities to deliver innovative solutions that create greater value for the community, underscoring our commitment to improving mobility, promoting sustainability, and continuously enhancing the experience at JLT.”

Parkin will install state-of-the-art solar-powered infrastructure, reflecting both parties’ shared commitment to environmental sustainability. This agreement marks another milestone for Parkin in expanding its portfolio of developer-owned parking spaces, reinforcing its vital role as a trusted partner that innovates smart and efficient parking solutions in Dubai’s most prominent urban destinations and communities.
